Description

Apollo 15 'Type 1' insurance cover, 6.5 x 3.5, with a cachet of the Apollo 15 mission insignia, and bearing a July 26, 1971, Kennedy Space Center postmark over an Antarctic Treaty 8¢ stamp, signed in black felt tip by Dave Scott, Al Worden, and Jim Irwin. In very fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity in German from Hermann E. Sieger, attributing the cover to Apollo 15 LMP Jim Irwin's collection.
