Rare first edition of the Apple anniversary book So Far: The First Ten Years of a Vision, originating from the personal collection of former Apple creative director Clement Mok, who was consulted on the book's historical timeline. Published by Apple Computer (Cupertino, California) in 1987, hardcover with dust jacket, 11.5 x 13.5, 152 pages. Signed and inscribed on the first free end page in black ink by the book’s three main contributors: Jill Savini, art director (“Clement, Thank you, thank you, thank you, for loaning me to Thom, and for helping me with those time capsules, Jill”), Thom Marchionna, creative director (“Clement – Thanks for your support. I only hope this comes up to your standards. It is a pleasure to work with you. Thom”), and Rob Price, writer (“Clement – Everyone else is thanking you for the loan. I just want you to know if we’ve paid you back with enough interest. Rob.” The book is signed by two others. In very good to fine condition, with scattered wear to the dust jacket, heaviest to the edges, and slight loosening to the binding.
