Gilman, Commiss'r of Loan Office,” on an off-white 4.25 x 2 slip clipped from an autograph document, retaining two partial lines of Gilman's handwriting: "…to the said Langdon and…as I shall be Enabled by Having." In fine condition, with scattered creasing. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
