Description

Signer of the United States Constitution from New Jersey (1723-1790) who also served as governor of that state. ADS, signed “Wil: Livingston,” one page, 7.5 x 12, June 12, 1790. Handwritten receipt, in part: "Received from James Parker Esq'r the sum of three hundred & twenty pounds eighteen shillings & four pence New York money in full of a certain Bond & Mortgage from Philip French." In fine condition, with small edge splits to folds and a small hole affecting a single word of text. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services.
