American artist and sculptor (1867-1941) remembered for his creation of Mount Rushmore. Uncommon tri-fold ‘Mount Rushmore National Memorial’ card, measuring 15 x 3.5 open, with the center panel bearing a printed poem by Charles McDowell, nicely signed in fountain pen by Gutzon Borglum. The adjacent sides contain glossy photos of Mount Rushmore before and after the completion of the monument, with the right side dated in ink to 1937. In fine condition, with silvering to the darker areas of the small photos. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
