Trump Parc and Trump Parc East, originally the Barbizon-Plaza Hotel and a 14-story apartment complex, are two adjoining buildings at the southwest corner of Central Park South and Sixth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Donald Trump purchased the pair of buildings in 1981 for $65 million, converting them to condominium units in 1988.
