Official military document, in part (translated): "Considering the law of March 11, 1926, No. 397, regarding the status of officers of the Royal Army, the Royal Navy, and the Royal Air Force; Upon the proposal of the Head of Government, Prime Minister, Secretary of State, and Minister Secretary of State for War; We have decreed and hereby decree: The reserve lieutenant in the engineering corps, Zannoni Alfredo di Giuseppe, is suspended from rank pursuant to Article 66e of the aforementioned law of March 11, 1926, as a disciplinary measure. Our aforementioned Minister is entrusted with the execution of this Decree, which will be registered with the Court of Accounts." Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III. In fine condition, with small binding hole tears along the left edge.
