Letter asking for a review of official materials, in full (translated): "I am sending Zam material on land use in Transcarpathian Ukraine, developed in three versions. I propose that this material be reviewed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, after which it be sent to the Union Government for approval." In fine condition, with a small circular stain. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
