Hand-addressed mailing envelope, 5 x 3.25, filled out in the hand of Lewis Cass and postmarked at Washington on July 16th, addressed to "Hon. James D. Daly, Green Bay, Wisconsin,” and franked in the upper right corner, "Free, Lew Cass." In very good to fine condition, with light soiling and a central vertical fold. Encapsulated and graded by PSA/DNA as "NM-MT 8.”
