Harrison on financial dealings gone sideways, in part: "Please send me by return mail the full name of Mr. Van Dyck and Mr. Croswell, as I wish to sue them both at once. What is Mr. Van Dyck's business—and is he responsible? When was the firm of Croswell & Van Dyck dissolved? I wish you would call on Mr. Croswell, and if he will pay you tomorrow, one half of the amount due me as per bill…you can give him a receipt in full—but if he will not do this, I shall collect it by suit."
