Partly-printed DS, signed “Wm. G. Fargo,” one page, 12 x 9.5, June 30, 1869. Stock certificate for fifty shares in the American Merchants Union Express Company issued to Louis G. Fisher, signed at the conclusion by William Fargo as president of the company, and countersigned by J. N. Knapp and E. P. Ross. In fine condition.
