Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.75, April 10, 1829. President Jackson grants John Steele a tract of land "at Cahaba, Alabama, containing Eighty acres." Boldly and prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Jackson, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In fine condition, with a small stain and a few small holes.
