As governor of New Hampshire, Langdon appoints Thomas Elwyn as "a Justice of the Peace for the County of Rockingham." Crisply signed at the conclusion in ink by Governor John Langdon, and countersigned by Secretary Phillip Carrigain. The white paper seal affixed to the upper left remains intact. In fine condition.
