Description

Desirable 2.75˝ x 1.75˝ section of Gene Cernan's Apollo 10 Earth Landmark map depicting Montsinery, French Guiana, prepared as a limited edition (#12/50) and attested as flown by Chet Diamond of Space Legacies, displayed in a 6.5˝ x 4.25˝ standing glass frame. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Space Legacies, certifying that the segment "traveled to the moon aboard NASA's lunar landing 'dress rehearsal' mission, Apollo 10, in May, 1969"; includes a color copy of the complete map page, which had been signed and flight-certified by Apollo 10 LMP Gene Cernan.
