The cel is placed on a matching color copy background of London at night. Total character image measures 11.5 x 4, with a mat opening of 15.5 x 11. Cloth-matted and framed to an overall size of 23.75 x 19.25. The lower right bears the golden Walt Disney Company seal. In fine condition.
