In very fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope. Republican Congressman Bill Young represented Florida in the House of Representatives from 1971 until his death in 2013. Young was a delegate to the Republican National Conventions which nominated Nixon in 1968 and 1972, Ford in 1976, and Reagan in 1984.
