In very good to fine condition, with light creasing, and a small hole at the intersection of the folds. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and a letter of provenance from the original recipient, in full: "When the Clash came to Peterborough in 1978, I met them at a hotel called the Bull Hotel, after talking to them I asked them to sign my piece of paper."
