It is hereby agreed between us that nothing in that contract contained is intended to waive, prejudice, or release in any way, any rights or interest which you may have in or in connection with our 'Retirement Plan for Employees of Loew's, Incorporated.'" Signed at the conclusion in ink by Clark Gable, and countersigned by the Loew's assistant treasurer. In fine condition, with scattered small stains and a PSA/DNA label affixed to the reverse. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
