Original stapled Pickwick Travel Services, Inc. itinerary booklet for the Beatles’ 1965 North American Tour, three pages, measures 8.75 x 14 unfolded, with the front cover indicating that the booklet was prepared for an issued to a member of “Sounds Inc.,” a British instrumental pop/rock group that served as the Beatles’ opening act between the years 1964 and 1966. Of note is the itinerary’s opening three dates, which all correlate to the band’s historic concert at New York’s Shea Stadium on August 15, 1965. In very good to fine condition, with toning along folds and evident signs of use. The consignor notes that the itinerary originates from the collection of Alan Holmes, saxophonist of Sounds Incorporated. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
