Bush." In the letter, Barbara explains "why George W. Bush should be without a doubt our next President." In part: "George W. has been a very successful governor of a big state; in fact, if Texas were a country, it would have the 11th largest economy in the world. He's done exactly what he said he would do when he ran for office…Signed the two largest tax cuts in Texas history totaling nearly $3 billion. Made education his No. 1 priority, including setting the very ambitious goal of teaching every child to read at grade level by the third grade.
