Alan Bean’s collection of 21 Manned Flight Awareness medallions honoring the Apollo–Soyuz Test Project, each 1.5˝ in diameter, with the front featuring a central embossed design of the American and Soviet spacecraft prior to docking encircled with the names of the crew and spacecraft in English and Cyrillic, and the reverse bearing raised bilingual text: “This medallion contains metal from both Apollo and Soyuz that joined together in the first International manned space mission on July 15-24, 1975.” In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Amy Bean, the daughter of Alan Bean.
