Original vintage glossy 7.5 x 6.5 UPI telephoto of John F. Kennedy during his second news conference as president on February 1, 1961, announcing that restrictions imposed by the Eisenhower administration on the number of military dependents were being lifted. Reverse is stamp-dated February 2, 1961, and bears a United Press International stamp. In fine condition, with some creasing to corners and edges, and two small pieces of tape to the reverse.
