An official document, in part (translated): "Lieutenant in the Engineering Corps Pestagalli Giovanni is suspended from rank pursuant to Articles 66 and 70 of the aforementioned law as of March 11, 1926, because he is subject to criminal proceedings. The aforementioned Minister is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be registered with the Court of Auditors." In fine condition, with small binding dings to the left edge.
