Partly-printed DS, one page, 9.75 x 6.25, December 6, 1860. Stock certificate for 60 shares in the Baltimore and Ohio Rail-Road Company issued to Taylor & Gardner, signed at the conclusion by Johns Hopkins as the company's president.
