The house is delightfully situated on the bank of the East River, just North of Turtle Bay." He goes on to give directions to the house, and encourages Mrs. Peter to visit on Monday. Handsomely matted and framed with an engraved portrait (featuring a facsimile signature) to an overall size of 18 x 12. In fine condition.
