Indictment for the manufacture of liquor "for beverage purposes"

Partly-printed DS, signed "Carl A. Schug," one page, 8.5 x 14, circa 1922–23. Indictment document from Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, charging bringing up a misdemeanor charge against William E. Feigley who "did unlawfully manufacture, sell, offer for sale, furnish and possess, intoxicating liquors within the state aforesaid, for beverage purposes." The reverse records a list of six witnesses and a plea of "Not Guilty." In fine condition.
