The benefit concert was held to honor the memory of music executive Ahmet Ertegün, co-founder and president of Atlantic Records, who famously 'discovered' and signed Led Zeppelin. The headline act was the reunion of Led Zeppelin, who performed their first full-length concert for almost three decades—their first since the death of drummer John Bonham in 1980.
