In part: "Lamour has expressed dissatisfaction with respect to the services to be rendered by her in 'Road To Rio' by reason of not being entitled to any contingent salary in addition to her regular fixed salary…whereas Crosby and Hope are each entitled to contingent salary…Hope and Crosby desire Lamour to render the best performance possible in order to heighten the possibilities of a successful distribution…Crosby and Hope, therefore, each desires to pay Lamour a portion of his said contingent salary." Signed at the conclusion in ink by Crosby, Hope, and Lamour. In fine condition. Accompanied by several other related unsigned documents pertaining to a delay in Lamour receiving monies owed, monies owed Crosby and Hope, and a transcript of a conversation between "Dottie" and Wynn Rocomora regarding Lamour's understanding of the agreement.
