Three fabric souvenirs from Germany’s Summer and Winter Olympics of 1936, respectively held in Berlin and Garmisch, including: a rare gray 13.25 x 13.25 table napkin from the Garmisch Winter Games, with gilt borders and one corner bearing the emblem of the 1936 Winter Olympics; a white 14 x 14 lace doily from the Berlin Summer Games, featuring an ornate Berlin Coat of Arms design with Olympic rings and text, “Olympiade 1936, Berlin”; and an off-white 13.5 x 13.5 table napkin from the Berlin Olympics, with one corner bearing stitched white text, “XI. Olympiade, Berlin, 1936,” and colorful Olympic rings. In overall fine, folded condition, with creases, and some scattered stains to the Garmisch napkin.
