Large collection of over 300 tickets and ticket stubs for New Wave acts performing at the Free Trade Hall, Manchester, England, from 1974 to 1979, with dozens of tickets or stubs from each show. Includes: Brian Eno and The Winkies on March 2, 1974 (75); Blondie on September 14, 1978, and December 28, 1979 (61); Ian Dury and The Blockheads on May 31, 1978 (28); Devo on December 4, 1978 (65); Elvis Costello and the Attractions on January 8, 1979 (57); and Talking Heads on December 1, 1979 (37). The collection includes a variety of ticket stubs, ticket-taker's stubs, and full tickets, some of which are stapled together in their original, incomplete ticket booklets. In overall very good to fine condition, with some scattered creasing.
