Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.5, December 2, 1830. President Jackson grants David Baum a tract of land "at Crawfordsville, Indiana, containing Eighty two acres." Signed at the conclusion by President Andrew Jackson, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. In fine condition, with overall wrinkling and some old tape stains to the edges.
