Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 21 x 16, December 23, 1908. President Roosevelt appoints John H. Brown as "Postmaster at Concord, in the County of Merrimack, State of New Hampshire." Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Theodore Roosevelt, and countersigned by Acting Postmaster General Charles P. Grandfield. The gold foil seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. Rolled and in fine condition, with some small stains and light soiling in the margins. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
