Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 11.75 x 14.75, October 12, 1830. President Jackson grants Marshall Moann a "tract of land containing Five acres…at Prairie du Chien" in the Michigan Territory. Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Jackson and countersigned by the Acting Commissioner of the General Land Office. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains fully intact. Handsomely cloth-matted and framed with an engraved portrait and plaque to an overall size of 31.75 x 25.75. In fine condition, with one small hole touching one word of text.
