Scott of the Tuskegee Institute, in part: "Please send me a copy of the words that are to go on the large display cards that are to be used in Philadelphia. Also let me know what progress you have made in arranging for the printing. I am anxious that it be in colars [sic] and in exceptional good form." Handsomely cloth-matted and framed with a portrait and biographical caption to an overall size of 24.25 x 21.75. In fine condition.
