From the estate of Apollo 12 moonwalker Alan Bean—an attractive Fort Worth Aviation Hall of Fame Award, which was presented to Bean at the enshrinement ceremony on October 6, 1995. The tempered glass plaque measures 9˝ x 11˝ x .75˝ and is handsomely etched with bold upper and lower text and a beautiful central design of an Apollo astronaut and the American flag on the lunar surface. The award includes its original wooden display stand. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Amy Bean, the daughter of Alan Bean.
