Signed in ballpoint, “James Lovell, Apollo 13 Commander,” who adds “‘Houston, we’ve had a problem!,’” “Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP,” who adds, “April 13, 1970, 10:08 EST, O2 Tank Explodes: Moon Landing Aborted!,” and “Jack Lousma, Apollo 13 CAPCOM,” who adds above, “‘13, we’ve got one more item for you, when you get a chance.
