Magnificent, enormous color 41 x 41 archival pigment print entitled 'David Bowie, Aladdin Sane, Eyes Closed, Contact Sheet, London, 1973,' taken by English photographer Brian Duffy, featuring an enlarged contact sheet image of nine portraits of Bowie taken by Duffy during the 'Aladdin Sane' sessions. Central to the image is the color 'eyes closed' portrait as used on the album cover, surrounded by eight black-and-white 'eyes open' variants. Each of the individual portraits measures about 11.5 x 11.75, and the print is impressively matted and framed to an overall size of 49 x 49. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Morrison Hotel Gallery, certifying that this "was produced from the original negative or transparency…This photograph is a digital print on archival photo paper and is…estate stamped."
