(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Original concept painting by Frank Follmer for Pinocchio, accomplished in graphite and watercolor on a 13 x 9 sheet, signed below with his initials, “FF.” The artwork shows the inside of Geppetto’s woodshop, which contains several characters from the film, including Geppetto, Pinocchio, the Blue Fairy, Figaro, Jiminy Cricket, and Lampwick. Framed and in fine condition. Follmer worked at Walt Disney Studios from the late 1930s through the early 1940s, assisting on projects like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, and Fantasia.
