Last German Emperor (Kaiser) and King of Prussia (1859–1941) who reigned from June 15, 1888 until his abdication on November 9, 1918. He was the eldest grandchild of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and related to many monarchs and princes of Europe, most notably, King George V of the United Kingdom and Emperor Nicholas II of Russia. Manuscript DS in German, signed “Wilhelm R.,” one page, 8.25 x 10.5, March 14, 1895. An untranslated document boasting a huge, bold ink signature of Kaiser Wilhelm II. In fine condition, with intersecting folds.
