Description

Revolutionary War general and, later, treasurer of Connecticut (1743-1818). Partly-printed DS, signed “Huntington,” one page, 6.25 x 5.5, March 8, 1782. State of Connecticut Pay-Table office document ordering Treasurer John Lawrence to pay the "Ashford Com'tee of Supplies eleven pounds three shillings." Signed at the conclusion by William Moseley and Fenn Wadsworth as members of the Pay-Table Committee, and endorsed across their signatures by Jedediah Huntington. In fine condition.
