Gold (marked "14K" on the reverse), 30 mm x 50 mm, 23 gm, by Dieges & Clust. The medallion features the bust of a classical athlete, encircled by "Presented by Hon. John. F. Hylan, Mayor," with tablet below inscribed: "On Behalf of the City of New York to the Victorious American Athletes on Their Return from the Olympic Games at Antwerp, Belgium, 1920." The reverse is blank and stamped with the maker's mark.
