Individually signed on concluding pages in ballpoint by Warren Casey and Jim Jacobs. Includes another supplementary document from November 30, 1972, regarding a director's agreement between The Grease Company and Tom Moore, who has signed at the conclusion and added his initials five times throughout. In fine condition. Jacobs and Casey collaborated on the music, lyrics, and book for the 1971 musical Grease, which was later adapted into the iconic 1978 feature film starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.
