Uncommon ‘National Olympic Committee’ badge issued for the Cortina 1956 Winter Olympics, 37 gm, 40 mm x 49 mm, featuring an enameled design of the Winter Olympics logo set on a yellow background with the upper blue banner marked in gold “C. N. O.” The reverse is marked, “C. O. N. I., Mod. Depositato, Stabilimenti Artistici Fiorentini.” A scarce badge from the 1956 Winter Olympics — only 70 of these badges were issued.
