Handsome official participation diploma from the St. Moritz 1948 Winter Olympics, 11.5 x 16.5, awarded to Czech speed skater Vladislav Kolar for the 1500-meter event, and signed in ink by IOC president Sigfrid Edström and the president of the Organizing Committee. In very good to fine condition, with some light staining and soiling, and a small tear to the top edge.
