Rare official color glossy 8 x 10 red-numbered NASA photo (S-64-31447) of Chaffee in a handsome formal pose with pilot's wings on his lapel, signed in black felt tip, "Roger B. Chaffee.” Reverse bears "A Kodak Paper" watermarks. In fine condition, with small creases to the upper right corner tip, and a paperclip impression to the top edge. A sought-after uninscribed portrait of the ill-fated Apollo 1 astronaut.
