Originating from the Paisley Park wardrobe department: a set of three fashion design books personally requested by Prince to be kept in the wardrobe department as inspirational reference books. The books, each hardcover with dust jacket, include: a first edition of JC De Castelbajac Album, published by Michel Aveline in 1993, with the title page bearing a stapled Paisley Park Wardrobe Department business card and a color glossy photo of the title page from a signed copy of this book presented to Prince by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac; a first edition of Christian Lacroix: The Diary of a Collection, published by Simon and Schuster in 1996; a new edition of Haute Couture Embroidery: The Art of Lesage, published by Lacis in 1994. In overall fine condition, with some wear and small tears to the dust jackets.
