ALS in French, signed “H. Fouques Duparc,” one page both sides, 8 x 10, October 5, 1926. Handwritten letter to a gentleman, explaining that he has had to prolong his stay in Lourdes and making a comment on "the national defense" and state obligations; he offers to sign paperwork immediately if necessary, but otherwise hopes it can wait. In fine condition.
