Desirable dinner menu hosted by the Boston Chapter of the National Aeronautic Association to honor Amelia Earhart Putnam on June 29, 1932, two pages, 6.25 x 8.25, neatly signed on the front cover in fountain pen, "Amelia Earhart." Held at Boston's Hotel Lenox, the dinner recognized the great aviatrix after her first solo transatlantic flight: on May 20-21, 1932, Earhart became the first woman—and the first pilot since Charles Lindbergh—to fly nonstop and alone across the Atlantic Ocean. In fine condition.
