Two checks: a thrice-signed personal check, 6 x 2.75, filled out and signed by Horvath as “Dr. Leslie Horvath,” payable to “Leslie Horvath” for $10,000, dated April 15, 1983, endorsed on the reverse ballpoint, “Leslie Horvath, Deposit Only”; and a Security Pacific National Bank check, 6 x 2.75, filled out and signed by Horvath as “Dr. Leslie Horvath,” payable to his wife Ruby Horvath for $700, dated September 29, 1977. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA for the triple-signed check, and by an original program for a football game between Ohio State and Purdue on October 17, 1942.
