President Van Buren directs the Secretary of State to “affix the Seal of the United States to an Exequatur for Edward I. Tobey, Vice Consul of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, for the ports of Boston & Salem.” Signed at the conclusion by Martin Van Buren. In fine condition.
